We are a Georgian restaurant in the heart of Prague's Old Town with authentic cuisine and 30-year-old traditional family recipes.

Our history begins in 1994, in the Georgian city Kutaisi, then develops in the capital Tbilisi, where several restaurants opened over the years which the city fell in love with. The success of the brand was determined by its concept, where family members themselves joined the Baraqa team.

For 30 years, even ancient and forgotten dishes of Georgian cuisine were created, improved, and revived.

And in 2022, the brand shared its great experience with Europe. Baraqa was brought to Prague not only history but also the most precious treasure of Georgian culture - Georgian national cuisine.

ბრენდის ისტორია 1994 წელს, ქალაქ ქუთაისში იწყება, შემდეგ ვითარდება დედაქალაქ თბილისში, სადაც წლების განმავლობაში გახსნილმა არაერთმა რესტორანმა შეაყვარა თავი ქალაქს. ბრენდის წარმატება მისმა კონცეფციამ განაპირობა, სადაც ,,ბარაქას” გუნდს თავად ოჯახის წევრები აერთიანებდნენ. ბებიები, ბაბუები, შვილები თუ შვილიშვილები იკავებდნენ განურჩევლად ყველა ტიპის პოზიციას, რამაც ბრენდს ხალხის სიყვარული და დიდი წარმატება მოუტანა.

30 წლის მანძილზე იქმნებოდა, იხვეწებოდა და ცოცხლდებოდა ქართული სამზარეულოს უძველესი და მივიწყებული კერძებიც კი.

2022 წელს კი, ბრენდმა თავისი უდიდესი გამოცდილება ევროპას უზიარა. ბარაქამ ქალაქ პრაღაში ჩაიტანა არა მარტო ისტორია, არამედ ყველაზე ძვირფასი, ქართული კულტურის საგანძური - ქართული ეროვნული სამზარეულო.
